It doesn’t matter that you’re not a perfect singer, or whether you can read music, or remember all the words, or whether you can be there every time but when you do go: you always come out smiling, guaranteed to have had a laugh. You feel you’ve achieved something good, as often we sound wonderful. You are more alert, as the songs can be quite challenging, with many parts. You know you are among friends, as it’s full of lovely people. Barbara

Sing It Out Together is for people to come together for fun, informal singing. Singing is great for your general health and wellbeing. There is no need to be able to read music everything is learnt by ear. We sing simple but beautiful traditional and folk songs from different cultures.
Singing has amazing health benefits and can help reduce stress and anxiety, help depression, breathing and physical ailments.
Working alongside the Cluntergate Centre these groups are for anyone who loves to sing or would love to sing with a group of like minded people. You do not need to be a great singer just have lots of enthusiasm!
I don’t get chance to sing but have always enjoyed it. I tried another group earlier but it was too big and complicated. Sing It Out is informal, which I like. I am also new to the area and wanted to get to know more people and more about what is going on in the area. Linda
